Although we are glad to accept booking requests for a particular room, final allocation depends on availability at any given date.

Reservation of a room requires payment of a one-night deposit in cash or by credit card (MC, Bankcard and Visa), except in high seasons, when the full amount may be payable in advance.


Cancellation Policy
Unless we have made another arrangement with you, this is our cancellation policy:

Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival attract a processing fee of $20.

Cancellations less than 7 days from the date of arrival will not normally result in a refund. We strongly advise travel insurance to cover unforseen cancellation costs.
