The Stencil Room on the third floor is a large elegant room with a magnificent 19th century queen-size flame mahogany half tester bed.

Designed as the master bedroom in the original plan, this is the only guest room in which the ceiling is decorated with a ceiling rose. The fireplace has a black and white Saint Anne marble surround.

The floor is treated with a large floorcloth and colourful Turkish rug.

The substantial front verandah, typical in Victorian terraces, is exclusively dedicated for the use of this room.
